I met Brynlee’s mom at an expo last year and we talked about doing photos of their new baby then…a Great Dane puppy. Because of some puppy health issues, that never quite panned out but when they contacted me this year, they had a new baby to photograph. A people baby! Isn’t she cute?

LK: Irresistible!!! Baby and photos, especially the first one!

Candy: ohmygoodness! She is just PRECIOUS! Nice work Mandy! You are getting a reputation for being quite talented with these little ones!! ;-)

tara k: a people baby! you crack me up, girl. :) and holy cats, these are some kinda gorgeous shots. the eyelash one just blows me away. loveliness, my friend!

Ken Corbin: She looks like her grand father a beautiful Irish child...

Grandma Lori Corbin: Mandy, love the first one because that is truly Brynlee, she loves having her little hands around her face! One of the beautiful things about her (there are many!) are her eyes! I love how you captured her long eyelashes! Black and white photos are one of my favorites too, because you really "see" the subject without the colors interfering! These pictures are perfect...just like our sweet little Brynlee! Her Mommy and Daddy did good!!! Can't wait to see more!

christy: SO love these! Super scrumptious newborn. Beautiful work Mandy :)

Mary: Best baby burrito maker EVER! Love these.

JoAnne: beautiful

My schedule has exploded in the past two days and this is part of the reason. This info went out to the newsletter subscribers a couple of days ago.

Previously, mini-sessions were scheduled back-to-back on a single day in a location of my choosing. But starting now, through the end of June, you can schedule one anywhere, any time! These are perfect if you just want a taste of a full session, just had one recently but need a few more photos, want to do something special for Father’s Day or want to try something new.

The sessions last 30 minutes and are for immediate family members only (and don’t work with newborn sessions, sorry).

The spots are filling up quickly! Contact me now to grab one for your family.

I’m working on the spring edition of the newsletter. Have you signed up for the mailing list yet? If not, do it now! I’ll be sending out some information on upcoming specials and subscribers will have first crack at the dates. Plus you and your family may be featured if you’re an existing client!

Friday in the Twin Cities was a cold, rainy day so it was a perfect day to spend in the studio. The designer of these cute outfits brought over a whole wardrobe of colorful clothing and, with the help of some little models, we started photographing for her portfolio. Lemme tell ya, child models know how to deplete a lollipop supply with serious skill. :)

Vanessa Lam: Nice job! Love the colors and the designs.

Betsy: Mandy - you really captured these! Beautiful.

Several weeks ago, Ashlee contacted me and asked if I’d be comfortable taking photos of her and her partner. I told her that I’d love to and then she let me in on the real plan. Her girlfriend, Novette, is a real fan of photos. Ashlee is a real fan of Novette. So she wanted to propose during our session so that I could capture it for them and would I be up for that.

Um, YES!

So I met them on a windy, windy Saturday afternoon and got to witness a special, private moment, followed by lots and lots of lip locking. I was really honored to be a part of that, not to mention the fact that they were just some really fun girls and I enjoyed photographing them.

(I believe love is love and people are people and the best kind of people are the ones who love photos so if you’re a people and you love photos, I am happy to make them for you, whoever you are.)

LK: Beautiful ladies, beautiful photos! Nice job, as always.

Candy: Gorgeous shots Mandy!! You Rocked it!

Kate-Madonna: These, are some of the most beautiful pictures I've ever seen. Love, at any level is such an incredible experience to be a part of. You really captured this well, MK. Great shots. Breathtaking.
