THIS CALL IS FULL, THANKS TO EVERYONE FOR VOLUNTEERING!

On May 15th, I will be assisting with a fabulous workshop for childrens photography. We need your cute and trendy little ones to model! The workshop will be held in Minneapolis. What we’re looking for:

Kids under age 10
- Dressed in bright clothes, lots of layers, jackets, hats, props
- 4 pm to about 6 pm

You receive: All of the images turned in by attendees in digital format….(approx 50 images)

Newborns….preferably 4-7 days at the time of the workshop, but any baby born May 1-12 would be perfect
- Bring white onesie (long sleeved preferred)
- Any knit outfits free from designs
- Crocheted or knit blankets (preferably solid colors)
- 9am until about 11am

You receive: All of the images taken by workshop leader, guest speaker and the attendees taken of their babies. (Babies will be primarily handled by workshop leader and guest speaker.)

I’ve been anxious to post photos from this session because I love them! I was contacted by Grandma to set up this session. She had photos taken of her with each of her children when they were babies and wanted her daughter to have photos with her new grandson, too. Grandson, Kellen, was a little over three weeks during this shoot and what a difference a week or two can make! He was pretty wide awake for most of the session. Still, we were able to make some gorgeous images of him with his model-like mom.

Little miss Sophie Isabelle (I love that name!) was six days old when I photographed her and she was PERFECT. The easiest newborn session I’ve had in a long time, she was asleep when I got there and barely cracked her eyes the entire time. And on top of that, she has a gorgeous head of hair. I loved it. What a fun session. I can’t wait to edit the rest of these.

One of the families I’ve photographed a few times before has a new addition who I got to meet last week. Sometimes I think I wouldn’t mind only photographing newborns…but then I think about all the other cute faces I’ve photographed and know that wouldn’t be possible. :)
