Eventually, you’ll probably want to add some additional lenses to your arsenal. There are lots of great places to read reviews about lenses but one of my favorite sites is FredMiranda.com. They have a database of lenses with user reviews, pros and cons and numerical ratings for each one.
In addition to that, they have a very active Buy/Sell forum so it’s a good place to go if you’re looking for used gear. Lenses are a good thing to buy used if you’re on a budget – with the proper care, they last a long time. The forums there have user rating feedback (similar to eBay) so that you can see how a seller’s previous transactions went. I prefer this to something like Craigslist where you have no idea who the seller is.
And, of course, Amazon.com can also be a good resource for user reviews of lenses.
