Well, Woodbury Days has come and gone. We had a weekend of gorgeous weather and a photo booth full of fun. It was so great to see how many kids (and some teens and adults!) were excited to dress up and pose for the camera and I got a chance to talk to all kinds of families and families-to-be.

One of the things I heard most often while hosting my booth was I’ve been meaning to get family photos… Time goes by so quickly. You can never go back and capture what has passed. Last week on Facebook, I shared this tearjerking reminder of the importance of photos…and the important of now. The article ended with a quote from Pinkletoes Photography that I just love:
“If you have not had family pictures taken within the past 3 years, promise me right now that tomorrow morning, you will find someone to do it. I don’t care if it’s a neighbor, I don’t care if it’s a portrait studio, I don’t care if it’s a tripod and a remote. Just do it. We have no guarantees in life, but at least we can have the photos to prove that we were here, we were together, and we were happy.”
I agree.
